One record of every order, and the risks around it

Three modules read your freight documents, keep one record of every order and watch the world outside your company on your lanes. Here is what each part does, and how a published change becomes an avoided delay.

Three parts, one record of every order

Bridge-HUB has two layers. Layer 1, your company, holds three core modules: the Reference Model, the Document Workflow and the Risk Engine. Your documents (CMR, AWB, POD, invoice and EAD) flow into the Document Workflow; the Risk Engine sends findings to your team: customs lead, planner and warehouse lead. Layer 2, the network, feeds Layer 1 with updated terms from the Bridge-Global database and shared visibility from partner organisations.

First your own orders, then everyone on the shipment.

  1. The CMR, the commercial invoice and the customs declaration for one order, in the formats your teams already use.

  2. Each document becomes a timestamped event. No single system had these steps in one place.

  3. The HS code on the invoice differs from the one on the customs declaration. The order would be held at the border.

  4. They get the affected order, the deadline and the fix two days before the border, without chasing anyone.

  5. The declaration is corrected before filing. Carrier, broker and your team see the same record.

Outside changes, timed before they reach the order

Many delays start outside your company. Bridge-HUB runs a continuous risk assessment of the countries, authorities and organisations on your lanes. It maps each change to the orders it affects and informs your key personnel with time to act.
